How to use the Unpowered Valve Box
The Unpowered 15mm Valve Box allows you automatically irrigate your garden using gravity feed from an elevated rainwater tank without using a pump and without power.
If you use one subsurface clay pot, the discharge from each dripper can be set to any value between 569 ml and 1223 ml for the Unpowered 15mm Valve Box, or between 870 ml and 2050 ml for the Unpowered 25 mm Valve Box.
If you use two subsurface clay pots, you should use two drippers in the Unpowered Valve Box and the discharge from each dripper can be set to any value between 285 ml and 612 ml for the Unpowered 15mm Valve Box, or between 435 ml and 1025 ml for the Unpowered 25 mm Valve Box.
Similarly, if you use three subsurface clay pots, you should use three drippers in the Unpowered Valve Box and the discharge from each dripper can be set to any value between 160 ml and 408 ml for the Unpowered 15mm Valve Box, or between 290 ml and 683 ml for the Unpowered 25mm Valve Box.
