The Kit has everything that you need except for the evaporator

Fully assembled DIY Unpowered Measured Irrigation Controller Kit

Six float rings are provided to allow you to adjust the irrigation frequency.

A control screw inside the float shaft
allows fine adjustment of the
irrigation frequency. Once you have
chosn the float ring, you can further
adjust the
irrigation frequency by 
turning the control screw.
